CEDARS Youth ServicesCiair is a very happy and social baby who has been in foster care. Ciair loves interacting with people and is very expressive. She loves it when Elmo comes on the television and will stop whatever she is doing if she hears his voice.
Ciair has recently developed a genuine love for swinging at the park. Her foster mom says that it can be challenging to get Ciair to leave because she would happily stay there all day! Ciair has autism, and swinging really helps soothe her and regulate her emotions. She would be so happy to receive an indoor toddler swing for her birthday.
