CEDARS Youth ServicesCiair is a very happy and social baby who has been in foster care. Ciair loves interacting with people and is very expressive. She loves it when Elmo comes on the television and will stop whatever she is doing if she hears his voice.
Ciair's birthday is coming, and a toddler balance bike would be so fun for her to ride at the park or near her home. She is a very active little girl who loves to explore and move her body. She would have hours of enjoyment on this bike!
