Ne experienced a significant amount of trauma as a child and sometimes faced food deprivation. She has younger siblings whom she does not see or communicate with, as they are about to be adopted. Additionally, Ne has an older sibling with whom she does not have a good relationship. Despite facing challenges in every aspect of her life, Ne has made great progress.

Ne is requesting a laptop to help her with additional schoolwork and to apply for jobs. Her current housing situation is unstable, and she does not always have access to a computer. Having a laptop will provide her with a sense of ownership and empower her to take control of her education and job applications.
