Yaris was placed in a foster home with her sister. Recently, she learned that her case will be filed for permanent custody, meaning she will not be returning to her family. This news was very difficult for Yaris to process, especially while trying to adjust to her new foster home. Despite the hardships she has faced, Yaris remains hopeful that, regardless of what happens, she will continue to move forward.

Despite these recent significant life changes, Yaris continues to succeed in school and looks forward to summer vacation. She definitely needs some fun in the sun! Yaris wishes for a Kings Island Gold pass so she could join her friends and foster family at the park for some bonding time this summer. She cannot wait to ride some coasters!
