Shelby is a fantastic young woman who is very active in her local LINKS program with DSS. She attends every month and actively participates with the group. She is always friendly and loves to talk with others and make friends. She also loves to be creative and artistic. Shelby has made a lot of growth throughout her time in foster care.

Shelby just had a birthday and was hoping to get some stationery. Unfortunately, she did not receive a stationery set. She would love this set to help her stay organized for school and personal journaling.
