Kaydence is a funny and adventurous young boy who enjoys spending time with his older siblings. He loves making them laugh and exploring the nearby park. Having been in foster care his entire life, Kaydence has lived in a few different homes before being placed with his grandmother and four older siblings. His grandmother adopted his two oldest siblings a few years before he was born. Kaydence is planning to be adopted by his grandmother soon.

At the end of the summer, Kaydence and his four siblings will be adopted by their grandmother. In order to accommodate all five children, they are leaving their two-bedroom apartment for a three-bedroom home. Since Kaydence has outgrown his toddler bed, he needs a new mattress and is excited to transition to a "big kid bed." He plans to share a bedroom with his older brother, so he will need a twin bed to fit in his new bed frame.
