Melody is a sweet and caring young girl who thrives on one-on-one attention. She lives with her biological grandmother and her four siblings. Melody has a passion for baby dolls and enjoys arts and crafts. She is very energetic and loves giving hugs! This year, she tried cheerleading for the first time through her church, and she absolutely loved it. Overall, Melody is a fun, loving, and lively girl.

Melody is currently in her second year of kindergarten. She is still testing at an approaching kindergarten level, and her school has stated that she is not ready for first grade again this year. To help her catch up to her peers, her grandmother wants to enroll her in The Huntington Learning Center. However, her grandmother cannot afford this on her own. Melody really enjoys her tutoring sessions because she receives one-on-one attention, and this support could truly change her life.
