Vincent has been in foster care since he was one year old due to homelessness. He is part of a sibling set of four and has been moved around to various placements. However, he has now found his forever home and is in the process of being adopted by his current resource family, with whom he has built a close bond. Since being placed with this family, Vincent has thrived and improved immensely; he feels safe and loved there. Vincent is a happy, smart, caring, and lovable toddler. He has brought so much joy and laughter into his resource home, and they truly believe that Vincent was the missing piece needed to complete their family.

Vincent has been in foster care for the past two years and is in the adoption process. Since being placed in his forever home, Vincent has shown major improvements in his communication. Despite being 3, Vincent had a speech delay and through the help of services and his prospective adoptive parents, his vocabulary has expanded. Vincent has been fascinated with fish lately and went from only being able to point to them to now stating the name. He has yet to see fish in person and would enjoy a trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific. This wish would be an unforgettable and fun experience for Vincent.
