Chanell is a sweet, caring, and genuine girl. After being abandoned in an unknown state with strangers, she was made a ward of the state and then reunited with her father! She is very smart and street savvy and has seen more than any child should. Chanell is obsessed with Hello Kitty and loves arts and crafts.

Chanell wishes for some new sneakers. She has a pair that is old and worn. She doesn't care about name brands; she prefers comfort. Chanell's past year has been very unstable, moving from state to state, which has dampened her spirit. She wishes for an Amazon gift card to pick out a few pairs of sneakers she likes.
