Carter is an energetic and playful boy! He has been in and out of care since he was three months old, but he has found a safe and loving environment in his current home. Carter has developed his communication skills, loves cars, and enjoys playing in the dirt for hours. He is creative and has a silly sense of humor, always trying to make others laugh and smile. Carter enjoys watching "Cocomelon" and playing with cars and trucks.

Carter loves cars—it's even in his name! A small Carter-sized car would be perfect for him to zoom around the yard and enjoy his favorite thing. He has some sensory challenges, and being outside and going fast really helps him feel calm and happy. When he first came to his new home, he didn't smile for weeks, so seeing his face light up with joy in his very own car would be so special. He and his caregiver love visiting car dealerships, so having a kid-sized dealership experience right at home would be a dream come true!
