Garrett is a hardworking and intelligent young man. He has impressive skills with computers and technology and enjoys taking things apart to understand how they work. Recently, he helped repair computer issues for other children in foster care, showcasing his willingness to lend a hand. He is also very polite. However, his family is still recovering from a recent flood that impacted their home.

Garrett lives in a remote and isolated area. Having a tablet that enables him to connect with peers and the outside world will help him strengthen his relationships. He is always eager to learn more about technology!
