Omari entered the foster care system at the age of 14, a pivotal moment that would shape much of his early life. He spent his teenage years in a boys’ home, where he quickly learned how to navigate life without the consistent support of a traditional family. Although the environment was often challenging, Omari found strength in routine and resilience in the bonds he formed with others who understood the experience of growing up without parents. During those years, Omari discovered a love for working with his hands. Whether it was fixing bikes, helping staff with maintenance projects, or organizing shared spaces in the home, he found peace and pride in being productive. That sense of purpose continued to motivate him long after he aged out of the system at 18. Today, Omari is a dedicated and hardworking father of three beautiful children. He recently moved his family into their new home—a milestone that represents much more than just a change of address. It symbolizes stability, love, and the kind of home he has always hoped to create. His children are his greatest motivation, and everything he does is for them. Outside of work and fatherhood, Omari is passionate about music and often spends his evenings playing old-school hip-hop and R&B records. He enjoys working on cars, shooting hoops at the park, and cooking meals that bring his family together around the dinner table.
