Carmen is transitioning out of her THP program and is working closely with her caseworker to prepare for her move into her own place through Section 8 housing. She has completed pharmacy technician trade school and is now seeking internship opportunities with organizations that support and invest in emerging professionals. Carmen enjoys sports and spending time with her godson on weekends. She is known for her bright smile and easy laughter.

Carmen has been actively searching for affordable Section 8 housing and has been doing a lot of traveling to attend on-the-spot tours and viewings. She’s been putting in a lot of effort to find a safe and stable home within her budget.
