Jessica is a strong, independent individual who successfully moved out on her own after spending most of her life in group homes. This past summer, she faced a significant setback when she was involved in a serious accident, injuring her wrist and back. Currently, on medical leave, Jessica is navigating the stress of lawsuits related to the accident while also coping with a loss of contact with her foster family. Despite these challenges, Jessica remains determined to regain her footing, return to work, enroll in nursing school, and ultimately achieve her dream of homeownership.

Jessica has taken an important step in her journey toward independence, and she’s now setting up her new home.
