Annabelle is requesting a newborn gift basket because she wants to be prepared to welcome her baby into the world with love and essential items. She is a young mom facing ongoing housing instability and domestic violence, and she’s working hard to build a safe environment for her child. This wish would ease some of the stress and uncertainty she feels as her due date approaches. It would give her a sense of security, knowing she has the items needed to care for her baby, especially during a time when so much in her life is still uncertain. This support would help her feel more prepared and secure, especially with the possibility of another placement change.
