Nigel is the middle child among three siblings in foster care. He has made significant progress in his life. Previously, he faced many behavioral challenges and struggled academically, but now he is excelling. Nigel enjoys sports and video games and has a great sense of humor. He values his independence and prefers to do things on his own, taking great pride in his accomplishments. Nigel is becoming more active in the community, enjoying sports at the local YMCA, and hopes to play football when he starts high school next year. He is passionate about football and dreams of playing in the NFL, with the Washington Commanders being his favorite team.

Nigel is currently living in a group home and does not have a typical family environment to provide him with clothes and shoes. He is growing quickly and really wants more fashionable clothing to feel comfortable with his peers at school. He is requesting a gift card to Burlington Coat Factory. His social worker can accompany him shopping so he can choose items he likes. Nigel has outgrown the stage of wanting others to choose his clothes, and there are restrictions on what he can keep in his placement. He would be truly grateful if this wish were granted. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 1 of 2.
