Manuel has spent the early part of his life in and out of foster care, and he is currently in the process of being adopted. Despite the trauma he has experienced, he remains very positive, smiling, talkative, and open to meeting new people, especially those who will care for him.

Manuel's birthday is just around the corner, and he has a super special wish this year! He’s been dreaming of having his very own tablet. Every time he gets to play with the one he borrows at the foster home, his eyes light up. His own tablet would be a game-changer for him, opening up a world of games, learning, and endless adventures!
