Charles is an amazing kiddo! Charles is funny and resilient. He is also a good listener. He and his sister are in a pre-adoptive placement together. They are close with one another and enjoy doing things together.

Charles & Heather really want to go to Binder Park Zoo with their pre-adoptive family. They enjoy spending time together. The family wants to be able to provide the youth with experiences they have not yet experienced. The children would love to go to the zoo together as a family.
