Charles is an amazing kiddo! Charles is funny and resilient. He is also a good listener. He and his sister are in a pre-adoptive placement together. They are close with one another and enjoy doing things together.

Charles is eager to visit Binder Park Zoo with his sister and his pre-adoptive family. They enjoy spending time together, and the family aims to provide Charles and his sister with new experiences. The children would love to go to the zoo as a family to see all of the cool animals!
