Charlie is witty, creative, and exceptionally smart, having graduated high school early. He is in his fourth foster placement in a short period of time and is finding it quite challenging. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music.

Charlie recently moved to his fourth foster placement, and he's been feeling a bit overwhelmed. To help him through this transition, he could really use a pick-me-up. Music is his favorite way to calm down and recenter himself, making it an important part of his daily routine. With his birthday coming up, one of his wishes is for an MP3 player. This would truly brighten his day and support him during this challenging time.
