MO DSS Children's Division - Jackson CountyAbby has been in foster care since March 2020 because her caregiver was no longer able to meet her high needs. Abby, who has struggled with being nonverbal, is currently working on using complete sentences. She has a lot of energy and enjoys staying busy. Abby loves being creative; she likes to draw, make bracelets and necklaces, and color pictures. She enjoys playing outside with her brother, especially when they can play in the water or jump on the trampoline. Additionally, Abby likes to sing, draw with chalk, and watch Monster High.
Abby resides in a group home that is able to meet her high needs. The living room television broke and Abby is missing her favorite shows. She lives with her brother and another child and they have found common ground in cartoons. Getting this TV will help Abby relax and enjoy some giggles while hanging out with the other two children in the home.
