Anna is a quiet and reserved teenager, having been homeschooled by her mother for most of her life. Anna was placed in foster care after her father passed away, and she was removed from her mother's care due to neglect. She is currently placed with her aunt and uncle, who support her and encourage her to try new things. Anna enjoys singing, and her foster parents are also encouraging her to participate in sports.

When Anna lived in her biological mother's home, she had items in her room taken away when she made a mistake and was verbally abused if she did something wrong. When she moved to the foster home, she was hesitant to ask for things or even make her own snack in the home in fear of getting in trouble. Since Anna has been placed in the home for nine months, she has finally worked up the courage to ask her foster parents to redo her room. She and her foster dad are working on the redecoration together. She has loved this bonding moment with him, and it is helping her feel like a more permanent fixture in their home. Anna would love a vanity so she can have somewhere to get ready in the morning and for her show choir competitions. Being able to decorate her room just how she wants it has made her place in the foster home feel more secure.
