Ciair is a very happy and social baby who has been in foster care. Ciair loves interacting with people and is very expressive. She loves it when Elmo comes on the television and will stop whatever she is doing if she hears his voice.

Ciair has loved being outside this summer with her foster mom and foster siblings. They love going to the park and to the splash pad. Lately, Ciair has been watching the other children ride bikes or tricycles and is interested in starting to learn how to ride a bike on her own. A pink tricycle would bring her so much joy!
