He has recently reunited with his daughters after being an uncharged parent, as Brandi's mother is struggling with drug abuse. Brandi is determined to create a new life for herself after being in foster care, and she looks forward to her new life with her sister and dad.

Brandi wants to update her wardrobe for the upcoming school year. Having previously been in foster care, many of her clothes don't fit her and aren't her style. Now that she’s living with her dad and starting at a new school, she is excited to go shopping for items that fit her better and reflect her personality. She is particularly interested in fashionable items and accessories to make her uniform stand out. Brandi loves shopping with her sister, Brionna, and they both plan to pick out items together.
