Blake is a joy to be around. He is a happy kid with a great smile. He is very sympathetic of others and a very kind boy. He loves video games, playing outdoors with his peers. Blake is very social at times and can find himself making new friends on a moment's notice. He enjoys playing games but has nothing of his own. He loves giving to others and he loves beef tacos and cheeseburgers with ketchup. He likes football and loves watching the big boys play it. He has mild cerebral palsy but this does not slow him down.

Blake really wishes for a new pair of shoes to start school this year. He has been wearing the same pair for the last couple of years, and he admires the new shoes his friends are getting. Over the past few years, Blake has faced some challenges and has moved several times. A new pair of shoes would allow him to fit in with his buddies and put a smile on his face!
