In addition to her studies and job, Anika is the primary caregiver for her two nephews, and she is determined to keep them out of the foster care system, ensuring they remain close as a family. Although she loves her job and school, she is struggling to balance all her responsibilities. Her family is receiving support from NM CYFD.
Anika is the primary caregiver for her two nephews, she works hard to support them so finances are tight. She has secured stable housing and is now enrolled in school and working hard to get her diploma. Anika is asking for assistance purchasing a back to school box to help her secure all supplies she needs this semester of school.
