Voices for Children - San DiegoJainalynn was removed from her family home due to neglect, as her mother would leave her alone for extended periods without care or food. Since that time, Jainalynn was moved six times and struggled emotionally between the constant moves to various group homes. However, Jainalynn was placed back with a consistent foster family, who absolutely adore her. Since being placed with her foster parents, Jainalynn has even been able to do her makeup and her nails, two of her favorite activities, which she hopes to pursue as a career path!
Jainalynn is starting at another new school, and it would bring a smile to her face if she could get a stylish pair of jeans to wear to school. She experiences anxiety when getting ready for school on some mornings, and has uncertainty about whether her clothes are cool enough to fit in with her peers. Granting this wish will help boost her confidence as she begins the new year in a new school. With a fashionable pair of jeans, Jainalynn will not only feel more comfortable in her new environment but also empower herself to make new friends.
