Joel and his brothers were removed from their home due to their parents' struggles with substance misuse. He lives with a relative and is thriving. Joel is athletic, very friendly, talkative, and likes spending time with his brothers.

Joel loves being outdoors and is bursting with energy. He wishes to get a bike so he can go on fun rides with his siblings. Spending time together is his favorite, especially when he’s riding alongside his big brother, who he admires so much. The idea of zooming around together, laughing and exploring, really excites Joel!
