Charlie's family has a significant history with Child Protective Services. He and his siblings were removed from their parents due to physical abuse and neglect. Charlie is a playful, creative, and well-mannered child. He enjoys playing tag, skateboarding, catching baseballs, and collecting Pokémon cards. He loves visiting arcades and playing video games. His favorite movies include "Jurassic Park," "E.T.," and the Dragon Ball series.

Charlie loves playing outside with his friends, but there's just one problem, everyone else has bikes, and he doesn’t. Sometimes he feels left out when they zoom around, having a blast. Charlie just wants to feel included. Getting his own bike would be a game-changer. Not only would it get him moving and active, but it would also make him feel more confident and included. Plus, it would help him keep up with his friends and join in on all the fun.
