Oscar is currently in foster care. He has discovered his love for riding bikes, putting together Legos, and helping with his foster parents’ garden. He enjoys school and is catching up in math and reading.

Oscar's top birthday request is a remote control car. The one he chose is a Lamborghini, which he considers the coolest car ever! Oscar enjoys learning how things work and has a particular fondness for sports cars. He will have a great time figuring out how to make the car perform tricks!
