River is an energetic boy! He is always on the move and loves to climb anything in sight. Since entering foster care, he has been making a big adjustment. River enjoys watching TV shows, but he is also working hard to start using his words.

One of River's nicknames is Oscar. While he can sometimes be a bit grouchy, nothing would make him happier than an Oscar costume to wear for Halloween! This will be his first year toddling around the neighborhood, and we know he will look absolutely adorable in this costume!
