A safe and comfortable stroller for Dian when he leaves the NICU

Church World Service - Jersey City

Dian, tiny and resilient, entered the world under challenging circumstances but is truly a bundle of joy. His parents fled their home country of Afghanistan to create a better life for their family, especially for their daughter, who will have many more opportunities here. They arrived in New Jersey filled with hope and determination to succeed, working tirelessly to provide for their family. Dian's story is just beginning, and it is already one of courage, resilience, and love.

As Dian and his family prepare to leave the hospital, they need some essential baby items to ensure a smooth transition to their home. A comfortable stroller will bring joy to baby Dian and allow him to travel safely with his parents. Since Dian is in a fragile state, any comfort or resources provided to him would be immensely helpful, especially for trips to and from the doctor. This essential item will support Dian's safety, development, and his family's independence.
