Cesar is a loving, smart young boy who has been placed with a foster family. He is adjusting well to his new home. Cesar loves to play video games and enjoys the outdoors; he is an active boy.

Cesar was recently placed with his foster family just a few days ago, and now he’s preparing to start at a new school. As he settles in, he finds himself wishing for a new pair of shoes. Coming to the family with very few personal items, he hopes that a fresh pair of shoes will help him feel more at home and confident in this new chapter of his life.
