Harlow is a diva who loves to dress up and pretend she is a princess. She finds so much happiness through music and dancing. Her dream is to grow up and be a ballerina princess. She is such a kind little girl who likes helping others and wants to see them happy. She has wanted to take dance for a few years and is finally in classes and loves it! Harlow and her family are being supported by the Madison County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association.
