Harlow is a diva who loves to dress up and pretend she is a princess. She finds so much happiness through music and dancing. Her dream is to grow up and be a ballerina princess. She is such a kind little girl who likes helping others and wants to see them happy. She has wanted to take dance for a few years and is finally in classes and loves it! Harlow and her family are being supported by the Madison County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association.

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide Harlow with an extra surprise to open on their special day. Although their celebrations may look different this year, it will remind them that they are valued and remembered on this important occasion!
