Despite receiving support services from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), she continues to excel in school and at home. Maite enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the park, and she loves to color and draw.
Maite's mom is a single parent facing financial difficulties. Maite is nonverbal and autistic, and she is learning to use the restroom independently. While she continues this process, she needs diapers. Her mom is doing her best to provide for Maite and her siblings, but she could use some assistance. A Target gift card will help Maite's mom get what she needs.
