In addition to her studies and job, Anika is the primary caregiver for her two nephews, and she is determined to keep them out of the foster care system, ensuring they remain close as a family. Although she loves her job and school, she is struggling to balance all her responsibilities. Her family is receiving support from NM CYFD.
Anika has taken in her two nephews after the sudden passing of her brother. Determined to keep them out of the foster care system, she has done everything in her power to create a safe and loving environment for the three of them. To help complete their new home, she is focusing on furnishing the living room and is requesting a TV stand and entertainment center to create a welcoming space for all of them.
