Penelope and her brother were recently removed from the care of their parents when they were evicted from their home. Penelope is a self-proclaimed fashionista and is a careful curator of her clothing and outfits. Penelope wants to work as a seamstress and designer when she gets older.

Penelope lost almost all of her clothes when her family was evicted from their home, and they couldn’t go back to get their belongings. Since being placed in foster care, she has been feeling sad and overwhelmed by all the changes in her life. One thing she really misses is her favorite wardrobe items. To help lift her spirits, Penelope hopes to get a new pair of Levi jeans to start replacing what she lost. She knows a new pair won’t fix everything, but having her favorite jeans would definitely help cheer her up.
