Orlando is a sweet boy who was removed from his home due to deplorable conditions and domestic violence. His parents were struggling with substance abuse and were unable to care for him properly. As a result, Orlando has developed a quick startle reflex because of the aggression he experienced in his home. He is currently adjusting to life in a quieter environment. He loves watching his older siblings play and learns a lot from them. Plus, he enjoys watching PBS Kids and eating a wide variety of foods!

Orlando will be able to fully enjoy the birthday celebrations this year, which will be exciting to see. He will love opening the gift of Chase, his favorite animal rescue hero! The cool car and launcher will provide him with loads of fun!
