K'STAR Inc.Luka is a little boy with a big personality. This is his first time being put into foster care. He is a very happy guy! He loves to learn and to play with our other residents. He brings excitement to everybody around him!
Luka is new to the shelter and arrived with very few belongings. He is growing quickly and is in need of a pair of shoes and several outfits. Because he has wide feet, he requires a larger shoe size for his age. Plus, he is tall for his age, so he needs longer clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
