Carter spent some time in the foster care system, but fortunately, after a couple of years, his paternal aunt and uncle successfully completed the certification process to become foster parents and eventually adopted him. His family is actively involved in the church and participates in various community and church-related activities.

Carter would like a new bicycle this year. Unfortunately, due to medical issues, his foster parents are unable to work and cannot afford to purchase a new one or even repair the broken bike he currently has, which was donated by their church. Having a functional bicycle would not only give Carter a sense of freedom and independence but also promote physical exercise and self-regulation. It would truly make a positive impact on his life.
