Elder was placed in foster care due to neglect, which resulted in him experiencing trauma. He has shown remarkable resilience in the face of these challenges. Although he presents as reserved, he is well-mannered. Elder expresses a desire to focus on his studies and eventually attend college. He is eager to learn new things and has a variety of interests, including cooking, art, the outdoors, gym workouts, dance, basketball, soccer, and hiking.

Elder is dedicated to doing his best and has shown resourcefulness in completing tasks. He values what he has and has managed to maintain his grades. Recently, he was referred to therapy because he has been observed as withdrawn and tends to keep to himself. During a conversation with his foster parents, he shared that he is experiencing flashbacks from the trauma he endured while living with his birth family. Elder would benefit from having a computer, as it would enable him to participate in virtual therapy sessions. He would be pleasantly surprised and grateful if he received his own computer.
