Legacy and her sister have endured physical, mental, and emotional abuse. A couple of years ago, their mother left for the mainland without any warning, and their father continues to face ongoing mental health challenges. For the past few years, they have been in foster care with their current family. Legacy has a passion for fashion.

Legacy has a passion for fashion, and she wants to look her best for school. However, her foster family struggles to afford new clothes, so she relies on vouchers they receive from Ross. Unfortunately, the selection and quality at Ross aren't great, and the clothes they get tend to wear out quickly. It would mean a lot to Legacy to have the opportunity to shop for clothes that truly reflect her style, feel comfortable, and are durable enough to last throughout the school year.
