Florida Foster Care ReviewJeremiah is a hardworking guy who is focused on getting better grades while also spending all his free time playing basketball. He’s over 6 feet tall, which makes him a natural for the game, but he also really cares about his education. Living in foster care, Jeremiah shows a lot of strength and determination to succeed in both school and sports.
Jeremiah entered extended foster care just a few months ago and has been working incredibly hard to build a stable, successful future. He’s fully enrolled in college, doing exceptionally well in his classes, and putting all his energy into finishing his associate degree early so he can transfer to FAMU. Unfortunately, due to the government shutdown, his food assistance and monthly stipend have been placed on hold. While he was able to use his savings to cover this month’s rent, he now needs support with groceries. A grocery gift card would make a meaningful difference for him during this unexpected setback.
