As the first in her family to graduate high school and attend college, she advocates for herself. Living in a new city brings challenges, and she deals with anxiety from past trauma. Her emotional-support cat helps her feel more at ease as she aims to connect with other former foster youth on campus.
Ella loves her cat. Being a student can be hard on her finances and she is unable to purchase essentials for her cat. She’s simply asking for a PetSmart gift card to cover one month of cat food and litter. Granting this wish would mean the world to her as she continues working hard and building the future she’s been striving for.
