Grace came into care due to her biological parents being unable to provide for her and due to substance exposure at birth. Though she is small, she is incredibly strong and has already shown remarkable resilience. Grace has several medical needs and requires close monitoring, but she faces every day with a sweet spirit and a smile that brightens the room. She loves cuddles, connection, and being held close. Grace is an inspiring little fighter who continues to grow, thrive, and show her strength with every milestone she meets.

Because of Grace’s medical needs, having a baby monitor that tracks her heart rate would bring her caregivers peace of mind and allow for safer sleep and rest times. This monitor would help ensure her well-being is closely watched and give her the additional safety she needs as she grows. This wish would provide comfort, security, and vital support for her care.
