Victor has shared that he has always wanted a silver chain necklace, and he has always seen people he looked up to with one, such as uncles and his father. Victor shared that he has never had the opportunity to obtain one due to the price being so high. Victor shared that having this necklace would make him feel more connected to the people he looks up to while he is away from them. Victor has shared that being in the foster care system has lowered his self-esteem, and the necklace would bring joy to him as well.
