Though she is small, she is incredibly strong and has already shown remarkable resilience. Grace has several medical needs and requires close monitoring, but she faces every day with a sweet spirit and a smile that brightens the room. She loves cuddles, connection, and being held close. Grace is an inspiring little fighter who continues to grow, thrive, and show her strength with every milestone she meets.
Grace needs a cozy, safe sleep sack to help her rest comfortably. A sleep sack will keep her warm during naps and nighttime sleep while also supporting safe-sleep practices. This small item will make a big difference in helping Grace feel secure and cared for.
