Violet entered foster care last year after her mother drove while under the influence and had a serious accident with Violet and her four siblings in the car. Violet is a highly curious girl who loves to play with her siblings. A naturally playful and active child, she enjoys spending as much time as she can engaging in games and activities with them. Despite the many challenges that she has faced, Violet continues to thrive and grow. She is very bright and has been working hard on learning new words, practicing sharing and turn-taking, and developing her motor skills. Some of her favorite activities include arts and crafts, playing dress-up, taking photos, and enjoying time outdoors at the park.

Lately, one of Violet's favorite activities has been visiting and exploring different parks around San Diego. Her favorite part is the thrill of going down the slide, or as she calls it, the “roller coaster.” Her holiday wish is for a toy roller-coaster so she can experience that feeling right at home. This gift will help to foster her imaginative and playful spirit.
