Tommy lives with his two older siblings. Although the change from living in a different country and in foster care has been tough on him, his joyful and humorous spirit remains. Tommy enjoys riding his skateboard and playing games. He is always well-mannered and caring. Everyone who meets Tommy says they enjoy getting to know him and seeing his personality shine.

Tommy enjoys playing video games on his phone as a way to cope with his emotions. He struggles to express his feelings verbally, and the only thing that helps him during tough times is staying occupied on his phone. Tommy misses having something he truly enjoys, and his current phone often malfunctions and shuts down unexpectedly. Previously, Tommy had his own phone, but he wasn't allowed to bring it with him. He really wants a functional phone that he can call his own.
