Adoptive and Foster Families of Maine INCMatthew is a former foster youth, he is thoughtful, creative, and incredibly sweet boy with a gentle spirit. Matthew loves to observe, learn, and take everything in before jumping into something new, and once he does, he puts his whole heart into it. Matthew is imaginative, funny in a quiet and unique way, and has a natural warmth that makes others feel comfortable around him. Matthew enjoys being outdoors, exploring, and spending time with his brother and new friends.
Matthew is adjusting to a new neighborhood where many of the kids ride bikes. Having safety equipment would help providing extra confidence for joining in and give Matthew the freedom to explore alongside the other kids. It would be a safe, fun, healthy way to help Matthew stay safe while building friendships, staying active, and feeling more included in new surroundings. As Matthew is a cautious yet brave child, the safety equipment will add to Matthew's sense of security while developing riding skills and sports.
